Fundraiser Update!!

Good news!!
We have finalized the games for the upcoming Fundraiser on February 11!!

We will be playing BINGO, Win-A-Prize Poker, Darts...and back by popular demand...Shuffleboard!!

We have AMAZING Silent Auction items available...including donations from Starbucks and Gymboree Play and Music!!

AND...we have a VERY special guest who will be coming to play music for the children from Monkey Rock Music!!!

So...will we see you there??

We have booked our 8th (yes, EIGHTH!!) Fundraiser for CHEO in Memory of Tristan!

When: Saturday, February 11, 2012 from 1:00-5:00pm
Where: KC's Country Inn - 984 Burton Street, Vars, Ontario

Please join us for our 8th Fundraiser for CHEO in Memory of our baby Tristan James Crawford!

We will be having a Silent Auction, card tournament (game TBA), a variety of games and activities for all ages!

ALL proceeds raised are donated directly to CHEO!
Come spend the afternoon with friends, and help support a great cause!!

Please feel free to bring in a Silent Auction item to donate, and a friend to share the fun with!

My New Year's Wish...

I don't want to say 'Resolution', but rather 'wish' and maybe even 'hope'...

This February my Baby Boy should be turning 4 years old.

I just realized today that this coming school year in September, he should be starting Kindergarten...

It seems that every time I feel like I have taken a step forward in managing my immeasurable loss, something happens and I fall apart all over again.

My New Year's Wish is to try to live normally with this intense heartbreak and feel like a normal person - not someone living in a nightmare nobody else wants to be in.
Or maybe it is just that I 'hope' to.

But aren't they the same thing?
I find myself wishing and wishing...then hoping...but does that really change anything?

Let's 'hope' it does...
